I am writing to complain about the meal we had at your restaurant last Saturday.
not what I expect from a restaurant with your reputation.
We arrived at 7:30 , having booked a table earlier by phone .
the head waiter had no knowledge of
our booking . , or perhaps
, the restaurant was not full and we were able to stay .
When we had ordered our meal, the waiter told us there would be a short delay . It was
then 7:45 . We sat and waited for our first course .
Moving on to the food, the menu had stated that the soup was "homemade"
but it came from a tin. We also ordered "fresh" prawns but
these were not fresh , as they were still frozen in the middle .
when we tried to complain the staff
seemed to take no interest at all.
I do not feel the service or the food was
worth the 48.90 dollars that we had to pay . I am therefore enclosing a copy
of the bill and I would be grateful if you would send me a complete
refund as soon as possible .
